Due to the nature of our products, we don't not accept returns and/or exchanges. We encourage you to read over ingredients and fragrance descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Unfortunately once an order is submitted, we will not be able to process any order changes and/or cancellations.

Unfortunately, for security purposes, we aren't able to modify any shipping information once your order has been submitted. Please be sure to proof read your address & order before submitting.

Due to the nature of raw butters such as mango, shea and cocoa butter, the climate can have an effect on the stability. If melting occurs, place in fridge as soon as possible until solid. Once solidified, please feel free to use. PLEASE DON'T THROW AWAY IF PRODUCT ARRIVES MELTED.
