Shipping policy

PLEASE TAKE ALL THIS INFORMATION INTO CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

Processing time: approximately 3-14 business days, excluding weekends, national holidays & shipping time.

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY OR DURING THE WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Delays are to be expected that are outside of our control from time to time and while we work efficiently and effectively, order processing time may exceed our current timeframe but we will keep you informed if that happens (via email) and strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping: Once your order is ready to be shipped and has been accepted by the postal carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that should there be any delays or postal service issues, we will not be held responsible for any packages, lost or stolen once they have left our facility and are with the postal carrier.
